We do not authorize the resale or commercial reuse of any of our work without prior consent. All products are non-refundable unless specified under our refund policy.

Refund Policy

At AAB Writers, we are committed to delivering high-quality work. However, refunds are only granted under specific circumstances as outlined below:

General Refund Guidelines

We offer a full (100%) refund only under limited conditions. Refunds will not be granted if:

  • A custom or discounted package was selected
  • Revisions have been requested beyond the initial delivery
  • The client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days
  • The project is paused or canceled by the client
  • The client violates any part of these terms
  • The project brief lacks essential information
  • The client changes their business name or discontinues their business
  • The client simply changes their mind or faces unrelated issues
Change of Mind

If work has not yet started on the project, a refund may be requested. However, a 25% processing fee will be deducted. Once the project enters active development, this policy is no longer valid.

Incompetent Delivery

If the final product does not meet the documented and approved brief, we will revise the work until it aligns with your expectations. If you are still not satisfied after multiple revisions, a partial refund may be considered following a mutual discussion.

Late Delivery

Refunds for project delays will be considered only if:

  • The delay is clearly due to AAB Writers’s actions
  • The client can provide written documentation supporting the claim

Minor delays or small errors (e.g., typos) may qualify for partial refunds or future service discounts.

Refund Limitations
  • No refunds will be granted once a project is marked as complete
  • All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of AAB Writers
